Tokyo Seeds
In 2018, and again in January 2020, I took part in Tokyo Seeds, a designer-in-residency programme at JR East (Japan Rail). Acting like a lab within a large organisation, the programme connected 6 international designers to normally siloed teams from across the company. During a two week sprint, we collaboratively explored new opportunities to help train stations better meet the evolving needs of communities living locally. I’ve written a little write up of my experience here.
